Positions didn’t change after lap 6.
After lap 7 74 – Daniel Singleton moved up to 4th after overtaking 78 – Keith Povah. The first 3 positions remained the same.
74 – Daniel Singleton continued moving up the pack to 3rd after lap 8. 26 – Glynn Davies remained in the lead with 9 – Mark Taylor in 3rd. 184 – David Twyford was down to 4th with 78 – Keith Povah in 5th.
After lap 9, 74 – Daniel Singleton had passed 9 – Mark Taylor in to 2nd place chasing 26 – Glynn Davies who was still leading. 184 – David Twyford remained in 4th with 78 – Keith Povah in 5th.
With the chequered flag out, 26 – Glynn Davies took his 3rd win in the MRO Minitwin Class. 9 – Mark Taylor pipped 74 – Daniel Singleton to 2nd with 184 – David Twyford remained in 4th with 78 – Keith Povah in 5th.
With Race 3 underway 184 – David Twyford took the lead, with 78 – Keith Povah in 2nd and 26 – Glynn Davies in 3rd. 74 – Daniel Singleton ahead of 9 – Mark Taylor in 4th.
After lap 2, 78 – Keith Povah took the lead followed by 184 – David Twyford with 9 – Mark Taylor moving up to 3rd after pushing 26 – Glynn Davies into 4th and subsequently 74 – Daniel Singleton into 5th.
9 – Mark Taylor moved up to 2nd place after lap 3, with 78 – Keith Povah still leading. 26 – Glynn Davies moved up to 3rd with 184 – David Twyford still in 4th and 74 – Daniel Singleton in 5th.
After lap 4 184 – David Twyford moved up to 3rd and 74 – Daniel Singleton in to 4th, pushing 26 – Glynn Davies into 5th.
The battle continued during lap 5 with no change to the race positions.
After lap 6 74 – Daniel Singleton moved up to 3rd behind 9 – Mark Taylor in 2nd and 78 – Keith Povah in the lead. 26 – Glynn Davies moved to 4th with 184 – David Twyford in 5th.
During Lap 7, 74 – Daniel Singleton crashed out, allowing 26 – Glynn Davies to take his second win of the weekend, with 78 – Keith Povah in 2nd and 184 – David Twyford in 3rd.
With Race 2 underway 26 – Glynn Davies took the lead from starting on pole with 74 – Daniel Singleton in 2nd place. 78 – Keith Povah took 3rd.

The first 3 riders raced close with no change for 3 laps.
During Lap 6, 74 – Daniel Singleton crashed out, allowing 26 – Glynn Davies to take the win, with 78 – Keith Povah in 2nd and 184 – David Twyford in 3rd.

What an opening Race to the Season !
Lap 5 sees the battle for 3rd place between 9 – Mark Taylor, 26 – Glynn Davies and 74 – Daniel Singleton with 9 – Mark Taylor taking 3rd, behind 184 – David Twyford in 2nd and 78 – Keith Povah still in 1st.
78 – Keith Povah was still in 1st after lap 6, with 184 – David Twyford holding 2nd. 74 – Daniel Singleton regained 3rd place with 26 – Glynn Davies battling 9 – Mark Taylor for 4th. Back markers are now being lapped.
Lap 7 saw 74 – Daniel Singleton move up to 2nd place, behind 78 – Keith Povah in 1st; with only 0.352 seconds between them. 184 – David Twyford moved down to 3rd place. The battle for 4th place continued between 26 – Glynn Davies and 9 – Mark Taylor.
And 74 – Daniel Singleton took the lead from 78 – Keith Povah on lap 8. 26 – Glynn Davies moved up to 3rd place; leaving 184 – David Twyford in 4th and 9 – Mark Taylor in 5th.
The top 5 were all still tight but 74 – Daniel Singleton took the chequered flag after lap 10, with 26 – Glynn Davies in 2nd and 78 – Keith Povah in 3rd. 9 – Mark Taylor crossed the line in 4th with 184 – David Twyford in 5th.
And the 2019 Season begins at Brands Hatch Indy, as usual. The weather in Kent is bright but damp first thing.
74 – Daniel Singleton qualified P2 with a best time of 58.598. 26 – Glynn Davies gained pole position with a best time of 58.490 and 142 – Chris Kent in P3 with a 59.203.
