With Race 3 underway ,74 – Daniel Singleton took an early lead with 99 – Michael Simmons in 2nd place and 47 – Thomas Watson in 3rd.

After lap 3, 99 – Michael Simmons took the lead from 74 – Daniel Singleton, pushing Daniel into 2nd place. 47 – Thomas Watson remained in 3rd. 961 – Jack Sim was chasing the top 3 in 4th place.

74 – Daniel Singleton continued to dominate the race with 99 – Michael Simmons in 2nd and 47 – Thomas Watson in 3rd.

With the chequered flag out 74 – Daniel Singleton took the comfortable win 99 – Michael Simmons 4.288 seconds behind in 2nd. 47 – Thomas Watson finished 3rd.

74 – Daniel Singleton set the fastest lap on lap 7 with a time of 51.769.

MRO Minitwin – Race 2

With Race 2 underway 26 – Glynn Davies took the lead from starting on pole with 74 – Daniel Singleton in 2nd place. 78 – Keith Povah took 3rd.

After lap 2, 26 – Glynn Davies remained in the lead followed by 74 – Daniel Singleton holding 2nd and 78 – Keith Povah in 3rd.

The first 3 riders raced close with no change for 3 laps.

During Lap 6, 74 – Daniel Singleton crashed out, allowing 26 – Glynn Davies to take the win, with 78 – Keith Povah in 2nd and 184 – David Twyford in 3rd.

Thunderbike Sport – Race 2 (Groups B & C)

With 74 – Daniel Singleton in Group A, the battle for points continued between groups B and C.

90 – Edward Watson reaped the rewards finishing 1st, with 666 – Shane Beasley in 2nd and 65 – Andrew Moxon in 3rd.

90 – Edward Watson set the fastest lap on lap 3 with a time of 53.347.

With Race 1 underway ,74 – Daniel Singleton took an early lead with 47 – Thomas Watson in 2nd and 99 – Michael Simmons in 3rd place.

After lap 2, 74 – Daniel Singleton held onto 1st place with 99 – Michael Simmons moving up to 2nd place, with 47 – Thomas Watson in 3rd. The first 3 create a larger gap with 13 – Will Green in 4th place, 5.359 seconds behind the leaders.

74 – Daniel Singleton continued to dominate the race with 99 – Michael Simmons in 2nd and 47 – Thomas Watson in 3rd.

What an opening Race to the Season !

74 – Daniel Singleton extended the gap between him and 99 – Michael Simmons, 47 – Thomas Watson in 3rd. After lap 7, 961 – Jack Sim moving up to 3rd and 13 – Will Green in 4th.

With the chequered flag out 74 – Daniel Singleton took the comfortable win 99 – Michael Simmons 4.747 seconds behind in 2nd. 47 – Thomas Watson finished 3rd with his brother 90 – Edward Watson in 4th.

Further to Post-Race Technical inspection, 99 – Michael Simmons was disqualified giving 47 – Thomas Watson 2nd place and his brother, 90 – Edward Watson 3rd place.

74 – Daniel Singleton set the fastest lap on lap 7 with a time of 51.731.

With Race 1 underway and 74 – Daniel Singleton defending his 2018 Championship, 26 – Glynn Davies takes the lead with 78 – Keith Povah pushing 74 – Daniel Singleton into 3rd place after lap 1.

After lap 2, 78 – Keith Povah takes the lead pushing 26 – Glynn Davies into second with 74 – Daniel Singleton holding 3rd. 184 – David Twyford held onto 4th.

74 – Daniel Singleton moved up to 2nd place after lap 3, pushing 26 – Glynn Davies into 3rd. 78 – Keith Povah holds onto 1st.

184 – David Twyford tucked in during lap 4 moving up to 2nd place, behind 78 – Keith Povah. 74 – Daniel Singleton held on to 3rd place with 9 – Mark Taylor in 4th pushing 26 – Glynn Davies into 5th.

What an opening Race to the Season !

Lap 5 sees the battle for 3rd place between 9 – Mark Taylor, 26 – Glynn Davies and 74 – Daniel Singleton with 9 – Mark Taylor taking 3rd, behind 184 – David Twyford in 2nd and 78 – Keith Povah still in 1st.

78 – Keith Povah was still in 1st after lap 6, with 184 – David Twyford holding 2nd. 74 – Daniel Singleton regained 3rd place with 26 – Glynn Davies battling 9 – Mark Taylor for 4th. Back markers are now being lapped.

Lap 7 saw 74 – Daniel Singleton move up to 2nd place, behind 78 – Keith Povah in 1st; with only 0.352 seconds between them. 184 – David Twyford moved down to 3rd place. The battle for 4th place continued between 26 – Glynn Davies and 9 – Mark Taylor.

And 74 – Daniel Singleton took the lead from 78 – Keith Povah on lap 8. 26 – Glynn Davies moved up to 3rd place; leaving 184 – David Twyford in 4th and 9 – Mark Taylor in 5th.

The top 5 were all still tight but 74 – Daniel Singleton took the chequered flag after lap 10, with 26 – Glynn Davies in 2nd and 78 – Keith Povah in 3rd. 9 – Mark Taylor crossed the line in 4th with 184 – David Twyford in 5th.

What a start to the Season!!!!

Thunderbike Sport – Qualifying

An the 2019 Season begins at Brands Hatch Indy, as usual. The weather in Kent has clouded over and still damp yet a dry line is starting to form.

74 – Daniel Singleton qualified P2 with a best time of 54.181. 47 – Thomas Watson gained pole position with a best time of 53.501 and 99 – Michael Simmons in P3 with a 54.899.

And the 2019 Season begins at Brands Hatch Indy, as usual. The weather in Kent is bright but damp first thing.

74 – Daniel Singleton qualified P2 with a best time of 58.598. 26 – Glynn Davies gained pole position with a best time of 58.490 and 142 – Chris Kent in P3 with a 59.203.

Daniel Singleton #74 shall be joining the Team for the 2019 Season competing in the BMCRC Thunderbike Sport Class on the Team Honda CBR600 and shall also be competing within the BMCRC MRO Minitwin Class defending his Championship of 2018.
