BMB – R1 – Ellough Park – Race 2

#36 – Leo Soilleux started the final race of the day in the JSM/MGP90 Class from P8 on the Grid.

After lap 1, #36 – Leo Soilleux had gained a place moving up to 7th place.

Holding onto 7th until lap 5 #36 – Leo Soilleux was overtaken by #217 – Hudson Cooper.

#36 – Leo Soilleux held 8th place until the chequered flag.

One very proud Mum and Dad.

BMB – R1 – Ellough Park – Race 1

And what a first race !!!!!!!!!!

#36 – Leo Soilleux dropped back to 12th at the start but soon was determined to regain the ground that he initially lost.

After the first lap, #36 – Leo Soilleux was up into 11th place.

After the second lap, #36 – Leo Soilleux had gained a further 2 places holding 9th and chasing 8th place.

Eventually on lap 9, #36 – Leo Soilleux moves up to 8th place and holds onto this until the chequered flag.

#36 – Leo Soilleux finished 8th in Race, was 7th in class and 2nd Rookie to cross the line.

BMB – R1 – Ellough Park – Qualifying

And #36 – Leo Soilleux starts his racing career at Ellough Park, Suffolk; competing within the British Mini Bike Championships 2020.

As expected, #36 – Leo Soilleux was a little nervous but after a little ‘race chat’ settled down into Q1 and Q2.

And #36 – Leo Soilleux qualifies 8th overall.

Racing commences at Donington Park. 74 – Daniel Singleton accumulated 111 points after Round 3 at Cadwell Park and is still in 5th place. 26 – Glynn Davies extending his lead in the championship to 231 points.

78 – Keith Povah is in second with 179 points. 184 – David Twyford drops to fourth; with 9 – Mark Taylor moving up to third with 136 points.

With the race underway, 74 – Daniel Singleton lead from Pole position with 78 – Keith Povah in 2nd and 9 – Mark Taylor in 3rd.

Lap 2 and 3 saw no change in the top 3.

After lap 4, 78 – Keith Povah took the lead from 74 – Daniel Singleton, with 9 – Mark Taylor remaining in 3rd place.

At the end of lap 5, 78 – Keith Povah still lead the race with 74 – Daniel Singleton only 0.064 seconds behind him in 2nd place. 184 – David Twyford moved up to 3rd and 26 – Glynn Davis into 4th pushing 9 – Mark Taylor into 5th place.

After lap 6 184 – David Twyford had moved into 2nd place passing 74 – Daniel Singleton, now in 3rd. 78 – Keith Povah remained in the lead.

During lap 7, 74 – Daniel Singleton and 184 – David Twyford had a coming together allowing 78 – Keith Povah to take a comfortable win; with 9 – Mark Taylor in 2nd and 26 – Glynn Davies in third.

184 – David Twyford set the fastest lap with 1:16.883 on lap 5.

It was an eventful round for 74 – Daniel Singleton but he still leads the championship, albeit with a smaller cushion gap of points.

74 – Daniel Singleton walks away with 150 points still leading in the 2019 Championship.

666 – Shane Beasley regains second place with 135 points, pushing 961 – Jack Sim down to third with 126 points.

3 rounds over and 26 – Glynn Davies increases the gap on the lead on the championship.

74 – Daniel Singleton walks away with 111 points and remains in 5th place in the 2019 Championship.

26 – Glynn Davies extends his lead with 231 Points, with 78 – Keith Povah in second with 179 points. 9 – Mark Taylor moves up a place into 3rd with 136 points with 184 – David Twyford down to forth with 116 points.

With Race 6 underway ,74 – Daniel Singleton took an early lead after starting on pole, with 961 – Jack Sim in 2nd place and 135 – Daniel Ingham in 3rd.

After lap 2, 74 – Daniel Singleton increased the gap with 135 – Daniel Ingham moving up to 2nd and 961 – Jack Sim now in 3rd.

For the rest of the race, 74 – Daniel Singleton led with determination, taking the chequered flag 14.454 seconds ahead of 135 – Daniel Ingham with 961 – Jack Sim taking 3rd.

74 – Daniel Singleton set the fastest lap on lap 4 with a time of 1:39.435.

A good result at the end of the day after an ‘odd’ weekend.
